Here is the Hockey Playoff Pool for 2013. I will ONLY be accepting Online Entry’s.
To enter, Enter your picks Online via the entry form link below and hand in your money by the pool due date.
All unpaid entry’s will be deleted on Thursday May 2, 2013. No Exceptions.
If you can’t arrange to drop the money off then you can pay an extra $1 and use the paypal link ==> Pay with Paypal. (If you are paying for multiple pools you can select more then one. They don’t all have to be yours.)
Due Date:
Picks with $10 Entry fee are due on Tuesday April 30, 2013 at 6:45 pm EST.
You can enter your picks Online up until 6:45 pm EST. (You will also be able to edit them up until this time).
Late payment not accepted. Paypal available for those that can’t get the money to me by the 6:45pm deadline.

All the player stats are within the entry form so you don’t have to search around the internet for them.
After entering your team you should see a page saying “Your team has been saved successfully”.
You will also get an email from office pools saying “Congratulations! Your team has been created.” with a link so you can edit your team before the deadline if you wish.
Please enter all your information including full name, phone and email. If I can’t contact you then you can’t win.
How to Enter your Team name:
Last Name, First Name (Don’t need to enter tiebreaker, It will be most goals.)
How it Works!
Select any 15 players and 2 teams.
(Make sure you don’t pick players that are golfing instead of playing hockey. I won’t be checking to tell you that you made a mistake.)
Points
Players: Goals 1 pt, Assists 1 pt. Teams: Wins 1 pts, Shutouts 1 pts.
Winner:
The contestant with the most points at the end of the 2013 playoffs.

- First 50%
- Second 30%
- Third 20%
